I have been thinking a lot today, and that is going to be what I write about today - thinking, specifically a little bit of my thinking - introspectively.
I really think a lot. My brain is never comfortable, and never has been. Even as a child, I would always seek turning mundane things into something extraordinary.
How this translates to real life? I find a lot of seemingly boring things actually extraordinary when I start breaking things down to their core principles. I find that most everything, when you truly break down the train of the universe's abstractions, is genuinely and incredibly profound.
Perhaps it is the joy I find in solitude that makes me think so much, or perhaps its just how my brain works - either way, I think a lot. That is the point. Throughout my life, I've found it to be a blessing and both a curse; for one, it gets exhausting thinking this much. There's not many moments in my life where my brain is genuinely at rest.
On the flip side, I think my thinking has helped me become more independent in how I see the world. I want to understand why I believe the things I believe, and I have a hard time accepting an answer without making sense of it for myself. All of my perspectives and opinions come from that process.
My perception and understanding of everything is something I am constantly, and restlessly thinking through - an endless pursuit of logic with a pinch of delusional optimism.
