i woke up around 7 AM, took a shower, and fell back asleep. i think i eventually got up around noon? idk. friend called me, we talked for about an hour.

i then took another shower, lol. its still extremely hot in the city, its fucking over 100 for like 2nd day in a row. i literally think you could cook a frozen meal by leaving it outside.

honestly ████ ██ ██ █████ ███ ████████ █████ ██ █ ██████ █████, lol. i think ████ ██ █████ in that way. i dont think anyone thinks about this, ███ ██ ██████ █████ ███ █ █████ █████ ████ █ █████████ █ █████ █ █████ ██ █████████ ████ ████ ██ ██ ██████ █ █████ ████ ████ ████ █ ██ ███████ █████ ████ ██████ ██ █████ ████ █ ██████████ ████ ████ ██ ████ ████ ████ ██ ██ ████ █ ██ █ ████ ████ like i often feel rejuvenated taking that break.

i wanted to get out today but not sure if thats gonna happen i cant be asked to deal with this heat. for the record, i did not follow the guidance of the local government to increase thermostat to 78 degrees. when the power goes out, and everyone dies, you can thank me.

i was thinking today about how america as a country is actually very young. i did math that showed me that my parents have lived through 20% of all american history - kinda blew my mind, cuz when you think on a macro level, america really still just started.
